We have acquired KONA brand &amp; IP

Data Structures acquires KONA (brand & intellectual property).

We are pleased to officially announce that Data Structures has purchased the brand and intellectual property of KONA Your Data | Our Structures(in voluntary liquidation).

Included in the purchase agreement is the KONA brand, and all Technical Designs, Intellectual Property, & Manufacturing Specifications developed by KONA over the years, including masts, towers, monopoles, foundations, anchoring, fittings, ancillaries & accessories. 

We will be in contact with owners and asset managers of KONA installations in due course to discuss any outstanding OEM maintenance schedules and warranties. www.konastructures.com
